ETA is a non-profit making company, established in 1993 to provide members with a powerful independent voice, and to promote tourism and leisure in Essex . Members representing multi-million £ís worth of the tourism industry are drawn from all sectors, and are already benefiting from the opportunities provided by the ETA.

We work closely with local government bodies providing strong representation on behalf of many businesses, and have close links with Essex County Council Tourism and the East of England Tourism, plus other linked organisations.

2008/2009 Membership fees are as follows:-

• Visitor Attractions, Accommodation Providers with 6 beds or more, and other tourism and related businesses who operate in Essex - £130.00 + VAT
• B & B's, Small and Start-up businesses, Charities and Trusts - £65 .00 + VAT
• Associate Members £180 .00 + VAT
